World of Martial Arts® aim to stock all goods displayed on the website.  

To provide you with the best possible service World of Martial Arts in partnership with TNT can offer you a day and before stated time delivery service from confirmation of order.  World of Martial Arts® operate by passing orders for packing immediately after processing, for this reason it is not possible to add to an order after it has been received by World of Martial Arts®.  All dates quoted for delivery are estimates and are offered in good faith.  Generally where a product may be out of stock, we will endeavour to replenish this product as soon as possible.  We cannot accept any responsibility for losses claimed by the purchaser in the event of inability to meet such dates.

Martial Arts Goods (Except Punch Bags)

World of Martial Arts® ask for a contribution to carriage costs as we offer subsidised TNT Next Day Charges on Martial Arts Goods: 

Next working day subject to carriage contribution £5.99 including VAT 

Next working day before noon £11.99 + VAT 

Next working day before 10.30am £16.99 + VAT 

Next working day before 9.00am £26.99 + VAT  

Saturday delivery £14.99 + VAT 

Scottish Highlands Next working day, subject to carriage contribution £6.99 + VAT 

Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands are subject to additional Carriage Charge surcharges.  Please email with delivery details for carriage charge information prior to placing an order.

Punch Bags & Balls

Please email info@worldmartialarts.co.uk for delivery costs for heavier items such as punch bags, speed balls, etc. 

All carriage charges are subject to VAT at 15.0% 

Returns 

Returns can only be accepted with a fully completed returns form, please email  info@worldofmartialarts.co.uk  to request a returns form.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns which are not made in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.  Should any returns be refused we will notify you in writing with a full explanation.  Any goods which are returned after the 7 day period will be subject to a restocking fee of £15.00. 

Please email returns@worldmartialarts.co.uk  within three days should you wish to make any returns. Where you are cancelling your contract and have received your goods please note that 3 working days notice is required to cancel this contract starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us.  We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract, a legal requirement exists for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost to the returns address on the return form. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of cancellation or if you request we can collect the goods from you, at your cost. We shall refund the total amount of money paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required or carriage costs if applicable, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the goods back and provided we have accepted a notice of cancellation in writing. Please email returns@worldmartialarts.co.uk prior to making any return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that have not been used for their intended purpose or used inappropriately. 

Faulty Goods 

World of Martial Arts® will endeavour to ensure that all goods purchased arrive in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event that this is not the case, please email returns@worldmartialarts.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date.  We will contact you to arrange replacement goods or a full refund. We accept liability limited to the nett invoice value charge of the delivered goods, in the event of any goods purchased and delivered being defective.  

Claims for Damage, Shortage or Non Delivery

Claims for damage, shortage or non delivery must be advised by email within three days of the date of delivery. World of Martial Arts® reserve the right to refuse acceptance of claims for damage, shortage or non delivery after that time.
